The Chiapaneca costume is a traditional piece that originates in the city of Chiapa de Corzo in the state of Chiapas Mexico. It is described as the typical Chiapas costume.
The outfit consists of a satin blouse with a semicircular neckline and wears a tulle flight with flowers embroidered on a woven roving with colorful cotton threads. The skirt is long and very wide in satin fabric, embroidered flowers on tulle, and adjustable wrap around waist.
Adjustable neckline, sleeves, and waist. Can be made in white or black background with purple or multicolored embroidery
