Mexican Manta Tunic Rococo Pleated

Mexican tunic with embroidery around neck made of raw cotton (Manta).  Square neckline with tassels.  Pleats on both sides at chest make it the perfect top for mothers to be.  3/4 inch sleeve has embroidery and tassel detail.
