Our goal is to provide our customers with a quality, one-of-a-kind handmade item. Due to the nature of our items, we understand that they might not be a perfect fit or might not be what was expected. We do our best to include item measurements and a detailed description on each item. Please be sure to contact us with any questions before your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a store credit for a future purchase.

Please inspect your items and ensure that they meet your expectations as soon as you receive them.

Start a Return

  • All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be in the exact new condition as sent with all tags attached and received at the return address below within (14) days from the day it was delivered to the customer. 
  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees and new item shipping fees.
  • Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping package if possible and mail your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a traceable insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost item(s). 
  • Once we receive the return and it meets the return policy conditions, we will process a store credit. Store credit expires within one year of being issued.
