RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to provide our customers with a quality one of a kind handmade item.  Due to the nature of our items, we understand that they might not be a perfect fit or might not be what was expected. We do our best to include item measurements and a detailed description on each item.  Please be sure to contact us with any questions before your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a store credit for a future purchase. 

We ask that you please inspect your items and make sure they meet your expectations as soon as you receive it. 

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following steps:

All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be in the exact new condition as sent with all tags attached and received within (14) days of receipt

Customer must pay return shipping fees and new item shipping fees.

Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping package if possible and mail your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a traceable insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost item(s)

Once the return has been received and meets the return policy conditions, we will process a store credit that you can use anytime with a discount code to use towards any item in our store.  This code will never expire.
