Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to provide our customers with a quality, one-of-a-kind handmade item. Due to the nature of our items, we understand they might not be a perfect fit or what was expected. We do our best to include item measurements and a detailed description on each item. Please be sure to contact us with any questions before your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange the item or issue store credit for a future purchase.

Please inspect your items and ensure that they meet your expectations as soon as you receive them. 

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a store credit or Exchange, please click on the following link: 

Start a Return

  • Once you log in to your account, click on order and start your return. If you wish to exchange an items, let us know in the note section. 
  • All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be in the exact new condition as sent with all tags attached and received at the return address below within (14) days from the day it was delivered to the customer. 
  • The customer is responsible for paying a $10 shipping fee per return, which will provide the customer with a shipping label. 
  • Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping package if possible and mail your item(s) using the provided shipping label. We are not responsible for lost item(s). 
  • Once we receive the return and it meets the return policy conditions, we will process a store credit. Store credit expires within one year of being issued.  
  • Items must be received by us within 30 days of the day the Return/Exchange was approved.  If items are sent or received after such date, you have voided your store credit or exchange.  Items can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
