The cross-stitch embroidery of Chicontepec Veracruz is part of the town's identity, which is directly connected with the creativity, color, and love seen in each piece. Their beauty has been admired throughout Mexico.
Each blouse is handmade and hand-stitched by the Nahuatl women of the region, who wear them only on special occasions.
