The traditional Chiapas dress, known as the Chiapaneca costume, originates from the city of Chiapa de Corzo in Chiapas, Mexico. This outfit consists of a satin blouse with a semicircular neckline adorned with embroidered flowers on a woven roving using colorful cotton threads. The skirt is long and wide, is also made of satin, and features embroidered flowers on the tulle, with an adjustable waist. It can be customized with either a white or black background and can also be specially ordered with different colored backgrounds or a single color for the floral embroidery.
It can be made in another fabric color as a special order item.
