The Chiapaneca outfit originates from the city of Chiapa de Corzo and is recognized as a traditional costume from Chiapas.
It features a blouse and a skirt. The satin blouse includes a semicircular neckline and a tulle overlay embroidered with vibrant flowers using woven roving and colored cotton threads. The skirt is long, wide, and made of satin fabric adorned with floral cotton embroidery.
The dress is pictured with a tule petticoat and silk shawl, which are sold separately.
